By accessing, registering, or using MySignalsFX services in any form, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood the terms in this document
• Accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms
• Read the Risk Disclosure and accepted the associated risks

Users must be at least 20 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are under 20 years old, you are prohibited from using this service.

In this document, the following terms have the following meanings:

"MySignalsFX" or "Service"

The website mysignalsfx.com and related services for displaying trading performance.

"User" or "you"

Any person who accesses the website or subscribes to MySignalsFX services.

"Master Account"

The trading account of a strategy publisher, whose performance is displayed on the website.

"Copier"

A user who chooses to copy trades from a Master Account through broker services.

"Subscription"

Monthly payment to access trading signals of a Master Account.

"Profit Share"

A percentage deducted from user profits, processed automatically through the broker.

"Broker"

The trading service provider with whom the user has registered and deposited funds, an independent third party unrelated to MySignalsFX.

MySignalsFX provides trading performance display services only, including:

• Displaying trading performance of Master Accounts connected via MyFXBook
• Showing statistics, charts, and historical trading data
• Providing information on how to register for copy trading through brokers
• Subscription channels for accessing signals

MySignalsFX is NOT:

• A broker or a deposit holder for your funds
• An investment advisor or provider of investment advice
• A manager of your capital or accounts
• A guarantor of any profits or performance

As a user, you have the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account information, password, and payment details
• Not share your account or access rights with any other person
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or to cause harm to others
• Not copy, modify, or distribute website content for commercial purposes
• Review and take full responsibility for your own investment decisions
• Understand and accept that trading results may be profits or losses

Subscription terms are as follows:

If payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may suspend access until payment is received. If we cannot collect payment within 7 days, we may terminate your Subscription.

MySignalsFX reserves the right to adjust service fees at its discretion. The applicable fee for your Subscription is the rate displayed in the system at the time of each billing cycle. You may check the current rate through the system and cancel your Subscription at any time if you do not wish to continue.

Some strategies may use a Profit Share system instead of Subscription, with the following conditions:

• The system deducts a percentage of your net profits each billing cycle, at the rate displayed for each strategy
• Fee deduction is performed directly by the broker, not by MySignalsFX
• No fees are charged in periods of loss or no profit
• Profit calculation follows the broker's methodology (e.g., High-Water Mark)

You must verify Profit Share terms with the broker before subscribing. MySignalsFX is not responsible for disputes between you and the broker regarding Profit Share calculations or charges.

MySignalsFX works with various brokers, which are third parties, under the following principles:

• Copy trading is executed through the broker's system, not MySignalsFX's
• You must register and deposit funds directly with the broker. Your funds do not pass through MySignalsFX
• MySignalsFX may receive compensation (Introducing Broker / IB) from brokers you sign up with through our links
• Disputes regarding trading, deposits/withdrawals, or fee calculations are between you and the broker directly
• Brokers have their own terms and rules, which you must read and accept separately from this document

MySignalsFX's display of any broker on the website does not constitute an endorsement of that broker's quality or reliability. You should research and choose brokers on your own.

All content on the MySignalsFX website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video clips, software, and website structure, is the intellectual property of MySignalsFX or its licensors.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing content for commercial purposes
• Using scraping tools or bots to collect data from the website
• Presenting content in a manner that misrepresents ownership

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySignalsFX is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from your trading, whether from copying a Master Account or your own decisions
• Damages arising from inaccurate or outdated information on the website, as data is sourced from third parties (MyFXBook)
• Damages arising from system failures, server outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure
• Damages arising from broker actions, including order execution, profit calculations, or any disputes
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of opportunity, expected profits, reputation, or data

MySignalsFX's maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of Subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the incident.

You understand and accept that Forex trading involves risks you must bear yourself, and will not claim damages from MySignalsFX for trading losses.

MySignalsFX reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account if non-compliance with terms or law is detected, without prior notice
• Modify, update, or terminate part or all of the service, with advance notice where possible
• Amend the terms in this document, with changes announced on the website. Continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms

You may terminate use of the service at any time by canceling your Subscription and ceasing to access the website. Termination does not relieve you of any liability incurred prior to the termination date.

This document and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

In the event of a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, claims shall be filed exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.

If any provision of this document is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
